Missing cashback: what to check first

A missing or delayed reward does not always mean the click failed. Merchant reporting, returns windows, coupon conflicts, and order validation can delay or block tracking.

Before reporting missing cashback

Order confirmationKeep merchant, order date, amount, currency, and confirmation ID.
Click pathConfirm iSwees was the final cashback/coupon portal before checkout.
Coupon sourceCheck whether the code came from the merchant/iSwees or a competing extension.
Order changesReturns, cancellations, exchanges, and subscription changes can void rewards.
